Moribashi Plating Chopsticks

Plating chopsticks allow you to plate things in very precise ways that traditional tweezers don’t allow you to do. You can plate something as small as a micro green to something as big as a piece of meat. From a visual standpoint as a chef, all the photos shot with plating chopsticks versus tweezers or using your fingers look more refined. I see a lot of chef’s using tweezers and plating chopsticks just look cooler than tweezers. We like the Yoshihiro Moribashi Chopsticks.
